Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
North Bluff builds websites and produces media. This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website's contact form, and how you can reach us about it.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, which division you're interested in, and — if you choose to share it — your phone number, business or project name, a current website URL, and a message about your need. Only your name, email, and message are required.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Where submissions go and how they're stored
Our contact form is powered by a third-party form service, which securely stores your submission and delivers a copy to us by email. We see the messages you send. Access to the stored submissions is limited, and we retain messages for as long as they're needed to serve our relationship, after which they may be deleted.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. This may set a necessary short-lived cookie on your device; it is for spam protection only.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies that profile you, and it does not run third-party ad trackers. The only cookie involved is the anti-spam protection on the contact form described above.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Contact us at hello@northbluffco.com and we'll help with any such request.
